What happens when you press the L.A.R.I. Button?

A signal will be sent to L.A.R.I. Call Center, notifying us of the subscriber's details and GPS location.

Do I need to call the L.A.R.I. Call Center?

No! A L.A.R.I. call taker will be calling the subscriber at their registered contact number as soon as one is available.

What information should I provide the L.A.R.I. call taker?

Once a L.A.R.I. call taker makes a call, please inform your name, location, and type of emergency assistance needed. The subscriber should also provide any other necessary information for the emergency assistance.

Can I ask the L.A.R.I. call center to help other people although they are not a subscriber?

Yes! L.A.R.I. call center may assist other people as long as the subscriber consents verbally with the L.A.R.I. call taker and stays with the people or within the vicinity of the emergency.

Will L.A.R.I. call taker immediately notify my emergency contact person once I ask for assistance from L.A.R.I.?

No! It is the responsibility of the subscriber to inform the L.A.R.I. call taker to notify their emergency contact person. Otherwise, they will not be notified.

Will the L.A.R.I. call taker be able to guarantee the arrival and promptness of any government agencies responding to the subscriber's emergency?

No! L.A.R.I. SOFTWARE OPC has no control over any government agencies responding to the situation.

Does L.A.R.I. SOFTWARE OPC offer other services?

At present, we are only offering FREE SUBSCRIPTION but in the near future, we will present a paid subscription like no other with more benefits to our subscribers.
